What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, billing address, phone number and what you ordered. The address and phone are there because a part has to reach you and a courier has to be able to call.

When you write to us: your email and whatever you put in it.

We do not run advertising or analytics on this site. No tracking cookies, no pixel, no profile of what you looked at.

Cookies

One, and only while the shop is password-protected: a cookie that remembers you have entered the password, so you do not type it on every page. It holds no personal data and it expires after 30 days.

Who else sees it

Stripe, which takes the payment and holds the card details — we never see your card number.

Vercel, which hosts the site, and Cloudflare, which serves the domain and forwards our email.

The courier, which needs your address and phone to deliver.

The manufacturer or distributor when a part ships to you directly from them.

Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for as long as accounting and tax rules require us to keep them. Emails for as long as the conversation is useful.

Your rights

Write to hello@segaracing.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days. Deletion does not reach invoices we are legally required to keep.
