Terms of sale

The rules that apply when you buy a part from us. Plain language, and they say what we actually do.

Who you are buying from

Eos Advisory FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, trading as SEGA Racing. You can reach us at hello@segaracing.com and we answer in English and Arabic.

Prices and currency

Prices are in US dollars and that is the currency you are charged in. If you are visiting from the Emirates we also show the price in dirham, converted at the fixed peg of 3.6725 AED to the dollar. The dirham figure is there to give you a sense of the amount: your card is charged in dollars, and your bank may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fee.

Prices do not include shipping, import duty or local taxes.

Your order

Payment is taken through Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Until then we can decline it — for example if a part turns out to be unavailable, if the price was listed wrongly, or if we cannot confirm that the part fits your car. If we decline after payment, you get a full refund.

Many parts are ordered in for you rather than held on a shelf. We tell you the lead time before we take the order further.

Shipping

Shipping is not calculated at checkout. We quote it after the order, for your country and the size of the part, and we do not dispatch until you have accepted the cost.

Import duty, VAT and customs clearance in the destination country are yours to pay. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers.

Fitment

The fitment shown on each part is the manufacturer's. Cars get modified, and the same model year can carry different brakes, seats or wheels. Tell us the car, the year and the chassis number and we check before we ship — that check is free and it is the reason most of our pages ask you to write to us.

If you order without that check and the part does not fit, it is a normal return, not a fault.

Track parts and road use

Several parts we sell are for motorsport and track use and are not approved for use on public roads. Where that is the case it is written on the product page.

Fitting them is your decision and your responsibility: local road rules and your insurance are yours to check. Safety-critical parts — brakes, harnesses, anything that holds the car or the driver — should be fitted by qualified personnel.

Warranty and liability

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we help you make a claim under it.

Racing parts are consumables used in a hard environment: normal wear, heat damage, and failure during competition or track use are not warranty claims.

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for damage to the car, lost track time, towing, entry fees or any other indirect loss.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under a law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirates have jurisdiction.

We can change these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
